I hope this finds everyone well. We had a lot of swimmers out last night due to illness and vacation. Upcoming Week –
Monday – AM/PM Practice
Tuesday – AM/HOME Meet (Read below)
Wednesday – AM/PM
Thursday – AM/PM
Friday – AM

Please declare your swimmers ASAP for Tuesday’s meet.

HOME MEET – Meet Sponsor Double Dragon
– If you signed up to bring stuff for donations that can be in the heat – you can bring it to practice prior to the meet and set it in the garage (on the right side). Items still needed.  Concessions Donations: Sharks Concessions – 7-11 Meet
– A HUGE shoutout to Double Dragon who will be donating Chinese food to be sold at concessions as a fundraiser for the team. They will set up outside the gates prior to the meet as non-swimmers will not be allowed within the gate until at least 5:30PM unless you are assisting with set up.

– VOLUNTEERS ARE STILL NEEDED – An email will be sent out on Saturday with all the families that haven’t completed their two volunteer spots.

– Remember do not block the front entrance of the and no parking in the grass. Overflow parking is available at Sunset Drive UMC.

5:10 – Broadway swimmers enter for warmups & only those that signed up to help set up.

5:15 – 5:35 – Broadway warmups

5:30 – Westover swimmers enter for warmups

5:35 – 5:55 Westover warmups

5:35 – Open for all to enter
