Duck Race:  ALL ducks have been assigned – thank you! Once you have sold them please be sure to complete the ticket information and return with your fundraising money by Monday, July 8th (tomorrow). The ducks are numbered and ready for their ten races on July 13th. This fundraiser is for our equipment needs (router, chairs) and tenure awards. Please feel free to come and cheer your duck on this coming Saturday at 10am at Heritage Park.

Swimmers will need to be at the pool at 4:45 pm.

Broadway’s warm ups will begin at 5:00 pm.

The meet will begin at 6 pm and conclude no later than 10 pm.

The swimmers have been working on good sportsmanship during practice, so try to remind them – when you finish a race, stay in the water until EVERYONE in the heat has finished. Shake the hand of the swimmers next to you and congratulate them on their swim.  Broadway has long been known for good sportsmanship at meets, and that is something that makes us all very PROUD!

Just a reminder that pictures cannot be taken behind the start end of the pool. This is a USA Swimming rule that the VSL follows.

Volunteers are still needed! To sign up , click here.

Heat Sheet Ads due Tuesday, July 16, 2019.

Each VSL team is responsible to provide ads for heat sheets for Champs. Since we have so many swimmers at Champs (all six teams) a heat sheet is compiled that lists all the events with swimmers. It also lists each child that is swimming in that event along with what heat and lane that they will be in. Many families will have photos of their swimmers with well wishes or you can use the attached “shout out” to help guide you. You can send me your ad in pdf form and we can catch up on payment later. Call Sharon if you have questions!

CHAMPS HEAT SHEETS – you can reserve your Champs heat sheets NOW for $5 and pick up at Thur/Fri practice prior to Champs (just e-mail me to reserve).

Individual and Team pictures are on this Thursday, June 27th. Individuals start at 6pm and the team pic is at 7pm. Forms are available in the Shark Shack.

We had a few updates to the meet line-up tonight, so please check your events below.
