Champs Broadway Volunteers – Due TODAY – Swim Meets: Champs (signupgenius.com) Each team participating is required to provide volunteers. Please sign up by Monday to volunteer. Volunteers and swimmers are the only ones allowed on the pool deck at JMU. This year Broadway is responsible for cleaning up following Champs. We need timers, those to place labels on ribbons, a gym announcer (announcing which swimmers need to report to Clerk of Course), Stroke & Turn Judges.

Ashby Swim Meet Volunteers – Due TODAY – Swim Meets: July 20, 2021 Swim Meet (signupgenius.com) We still need volunteers for tomorrow night’s meet. I hope that if you haven’t volunteered this season you do it this meet or at Champs.

Sign In/Out – Due Tuesday, July 20 In order to participate in Champs, your swimmer must have participated in at least 2 regular season meets.   We need all swimmers to complete a meet information form online at https://forms.gle/SbBgPu5vBfAKiRfDA by Tuesday, July 20 at 10pm.  

Champs Heat Sheets – Due Friday, July 23 – https://forms.gle/vizTu7kwCMytwhpj8 – Sign up to order your heat sheet for champs. $5 per pack. Checks/cash can be submitted to Broadway Sharks and we will pay the league the lump sum.

Mark you calendars – 

Wednesday, July 28 – Practice will be held at JMU from 7-8PM.

Sunday, August 15 – End of the season picnic and tenure awards from 5-8PM at Broadway Park, Shelter #3.
